Kula -Community of the Heart
Kula is a sanskrit word meaning 'Community of the Heart.' In a kula we choose to see each other in the highest and we hold each other to the highest. In this supportive community of the heart we have the potential to expand our intentions, our goals and our conciousness way beyond what we experience as individuals. In relationship we deepen our capacity for love, growth, compassion and our pure divine essence. We can serve each other as mirrors to reflect back our darkness and our brightness in order to bring ourselves into greater alignment with our heart's longing. May we choose to listen and see each other more often from our heart and less and less often from our ego.
Yoga A Return to the Roots & Branches
